1. Necessary technologies and preferences
Sign-in and security cookies maintain a requested authenticated session and protect requests. Auth.js cookie names and expiry depend on the sign-in flow; session cookies are protected according to the deployed authentication configuration. The public website remembers an expressly selected language in bs_locale for up to 365 days with SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. Workspace uses bs-theme for a selected display theme. These preferences do not authorise advertising. Relevant browser storage may support requested functionality.
2. Optional tracking
This release embeds no Google Tag Manager, advertising tags or optional analytics tags in either site. Infrastructure still receives necessary HTTP/security information, and identity providers process their sign-in requests under their own notices. We will provide applicable notice and consent or establish a valid exemption and required objection mechanism before introducing optional tracking. Sign-in and acceptance of Terms are separate from tracking choices. Customer documents, chat, credentials and unrestricted project URLs must not be captured for advertising.
3. Your control
Use the language/theme controls to change preferences; your browser can delete or block cookies and storage. Blocking necessary authentication cookies can prevent sign-in. Any future optional choices must be easy to revisit or withdraw where applicable; browser settings do not replace a legally required service-level choice.
