1. Hosting and identity
Google Cloud provides hosting and related infrastructure in Singapore. Google provides optional account sign-in using identity information. Google Drive is an optional authorised source connection; it may process files and connection credentials needed for the requested integration. Google services can involve international processing under their applicable terms.
2. AI and OCR
Depending on the enabled task, AI services use DeepSeek and OCR services use TextIn (Intsig). They may receive relevant text, images, document portions and limited task context. Not every task uses every provider. Provider processing, support locations, retention and training terms depend on the actual service contract; we do not advertise one universal country, zero-retention or no-training guarantee. Request the applicable details before submitting restricted material.
3. Other processing and changes
Authorised staff and contracted support/communications providers process relevant enquiries and operational information where needed. This release embeds no Google Tag Manager, advertising or optional analytics tags. Customer-specific data-processing and provider schedules can be supplied through [email protected] and form part of an executed agreement where applicable. Material changes require applicable notice and contractual safeguards. We do not publish credentials, routing rules, security vulnerabilities or customer details in this register. Necessary privacy transparency is not withheld merely because information is commercially sensitive.
